Returns
1. Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
2. Size and colour related returns are not accepted.
3. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags intact.
4. Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support.
Customized, bridal‑wear, and sale items are not eligible.

Refunds
1. Refunds are issued only if we cannot process your order.
2. After receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
3. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5‑7 business days.

Exchanges
1. Replacements are provided only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
2. Beads or stones that detach in transit (rare) can be fixed with glue; they won’t be exchanged or refunded.
Non‑Returnable Items
Gift cards, customized products, and final‑sale/discounted items cannot be returned or refunded.
